If your friends are negative thinkers than you have to change them because they are not going to help you grow but they will help you to keep being average.

Find new people and start interacting with them but now carefully make people your friends. Try to make a friendship bond with successful people because successful people have a habit of being positive. Which will eventually help you to be a positive thinker.

That's why you have to change your accompaniment with positive thinkers. You can learn a lot of things from them and they will definitely help you. Try to be calm in every situation and try to think positive in the worst situations. It will take time but after some time you will see that now you start becoming a positive thinker.

2. FEED YOUR POSITIVITY.


You have to keep feeding your positivity. Positivity leads to positive thoughts. Studies show that meditation, deep breathing and productivity increases the level of positivity. Try to do meditation and deep breathing in your day to day life. Meditation also helps to increase calm and patience in your life.

You should stay away from any negative news and stay close to positive news. Read about successful people or listen to a good podcast in the morning. Keep doing good things to feed your positivity.

You can not deny the fact that helping others gives a self-satisfaction feeling. More peace of mind means more positivity to you. So start helping others in your life. It could be your friends, your family members or the needy.

You should always focus on the good things in your life. There's no such thing as a perfect day. Whenever you face a challenge, try to focus on the good things and the benefits you could get from that.

Let's say you are going somewhere in the morning, it can be your office or gym or supermarket, etc. And then you get stuck in the traffic. Rather than getting frustrated, try to see the good things you could get from that.

Focus on the present means no longer worrying about the past and not fearing what will happen in the future. You just have to stay in the present moment and enjoy what happening now.

Spirituality is something that you should definitely try. In spirituality, you are actually trying to connect with a bigger or wider thing. So many people changed their life because of spirituality.

You can increase your focus or concentration power. You can find out your purpose. You can level up yourself with spirituality.

If you don't know what to do in your life and why you are here on this planet. Then why not try spirituality. I mean if you don't get something from it, you aren't losing something either.

But one I have to mention here and that is really important if you are going to try it. Is that you have to do it in the presence of someone who actually is in spirituality. Because he or she can give you the right direction.

Just try it with a little bit of yoga and meditation. And then see what happens.
