is not a long-lasting thing. You can not stick to it forever, nobody can. What you can do is to have a positive attitude towards everything. Happiness comes from your own mind. You don’t have to expect it from others. Do you know the real meaning of Happiness? Well, different people have different opinions on this. Some people say that happiness is just the state of being happy. Some say that feeling or showing pleasure or contentment.

Happiness is really essential in this modern era. People are just running behind money, fame or other materialistic things. But at the endpoint, nothing matters, what really important is peace & calm in your life.

So every person should know how to be happy in the worst situation. Believe it or not but the modern era came with a big disaster and that is social media.

Why I am targeting social media? Because social media teaches us to compare ourselves from other. Everything is just fake in this social media. A lot of people suicide just for the sake of some likes and comments on their posts.

That’s why I am going to share with you all about how you can be happy in 2019 but before that, we should know the benefit of happiness.

Happiness can improve your physical health.

Happiness can also improve your cardiovascular health.

Happiness also leads to a good immune system.

Happiness can also increase the life span of a person.

Because of continuous stress and judgment, we are killing ourselves. These things can lead to a short life span.

Feeling grateful, happy all the time pushes your life span so that you can achieve all of your goals.

How To Be Surge Happiness In Your Life

1. Boost Your Confidence.

A person with high self-esteem and self-belief can break down a mountain. That’s why confidence is important in your happiness. Self Confidence plays an important role in the life of human beings.1. Boost your confidence

Without it, we can not survive that is for sure. A lot of people face shyness in public or in front of a stranger. That situation can be extremely crucial to an introvert.

According to research 4 out of 10 people consider themselves shy. And this thing plays a major role in the way of happiness.

That’s why you have to have very high self-esteem in public. Or if you don’t have, develop it.

One thing for sure you should practice this and do not listen to people. Listening to the judgment of people can cause stress, anxiety, and depression.

2. Stay Away From Social Media.

As I said above, social media teach us to be judgemental. And it is one of the reasons that you are not happy in your life.

So my advice is to take a break from it. You can avoid social media for a week, a month, and a year. It totally depends upon you.

Why I am saying this because social media teach us to be judgemental plus it burns your time.

If you want to be successful in your life, you have to understand the value of your time. Time is so precious that it never comes back.

It keeps going whether you are working hard on your goals or you are just scrolling your Instagram or chatting on Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.

I am not saying that you have to avoid it properly, you can not do that. Even I can not do that. Because we are surrounded by technology and it is required to be up to date with modern culture.

What I am saying is that take a break from it and then use it in your limits. Do not waste your precious time.

3. Set Goals.

If you don’t have any goals till now it means you are not serious enough in your life. In 2019 you have to have your own goals. Just be a dreamer in your life.

Set a goal for your favorite car, travel destination, your network, etc. If you are a novice in Goal-Setting then do your own research about it.

Why I am saying this is because when you set a goal in your life. You get a path to move forward. And when you achieve your Goals you feel happy.

Write your Goals like this,.

“I am very happy that I accomplish my (your goal) on (date & time)”.

And after that read that line again and again with full emotions. So that your goal will shift into your subconscious.

4. Peace & Calm.

Mental peace is very essential in the life of a person. You have to agree with me on this thing. If you disturb your life, you can not live your life.

To increase Peace in your life you can practice deep breathing & meditation. Spend some time with nature, practice exercise in your life.

These are some effective ways to control the most important part of your life.

5. Practice Gratitude.

Now let me clarify that Gratitude doesn’t mean saying thank you to each person but it is a positive emotion towards someone that serves a biological purpose.

Gratitude is a positive & selfless act toward someone. As the saying goes, “the more you give, the better you get”. That’s why when you appreciate someone and give them a reason to be happy.

You’ll automatically start feeling happy. This thing really works, you can try it by yourself. But it doesn’t mean that you have to expect a return, expectations also cause stress, anxiety, depression, and anger.

Conclusion:- Don’t focus on the other person’s judgment and live your life happily. You got one life with a limited period of time. You better should take advantage of it rather than dwelling on people’s judgment.
